Housekeeping

For your comfort housekeeping provides daily guest room refresh service that includes towel replacement, bed making, trash removal, and restocking of bathroom amenities. Additionally, a full cleaning with carpet vacuuming is provided on the third day of your stay. Please note that housekeeping will not enter your room if a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed or if there is a pet not in a travel carrier. Beds will not be made if clothing or other items are left on them. Housekeeping operates daily from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. For your convenience, we also have a night houseman available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM to deliver extra towels, linens, and bath amenities upon request. Should you need any additional housekeeping services, please contact the front desk by dialing 0 on your guest room phone or 803 349-8400 on your cell phone.

Parking

All parking in the Riverside Village complex is managed by the City of North Augusta. Your parking options include:

Street Parking: Free until 2 PM daily. After 2 PM, you must pay at the street side kiosks. Please note that there is no free overnight street parking. Vehicles that park on the street overnight without paying may be ticketed or towed.

Hotel Guest Parking: Guests are welcome to park in the city-owned covered garage across the street from the hotel. The overnight parking fee for hotel guests is $12, which will be added to your hotel bill. Parking revenues go directly to the City of North Augusta. Your fee includes in and out privileges.

Day Parking in the Garage: The first 2 hours are free, and after that, the fee is $1.25 per hour.

Oversized Vehicles: For trucks, buses, and trailers that do not fit in the garage, please stop by the front desk to obtain a window pass. This pass should be placed in your front window to inform the North Augusta Police Department that you are a hotel guest with an oversized vehicle. You may then park your vehicle on the street overnight without the risk of being ticketed.

Outdoor Swimming Pool

The pool is seasonal and not heated, open from April until November 1st. The hours of operation are from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. To access the pool area, please use your guest room key card. Pool towels are conveniently provided poolside, and men’s and women’s restrooms are located directly across from the pool area for your convenience. For safety reasons, glass bottles or any glass objects are prohibited at the pool. We kindly ask that you use plastic or Styrofoam cups instead. Additionally, children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by an adult at all times while swimming. Please note that pets are not allowed at the pool, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Fitness Center

The hotel fitness center is conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Please note that you will need your guest room key to access it. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day for your convenience. Please be aware that children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the fitness center. Dogs are not allowed in the fitness center.

Transportation Services

The hotel provides local transportation within a 5-mile radius of the hotel in our 12-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van from 3 pm -10 pm Monday – Saturday on a first come first serve basis for all hotel guests. Airport transportation to the Augusta Regional Airport is available 7 days per week but requires reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a driver scheduled for your trip.

Salt + Marrow Kitchen

Meals to go are available during published restaurant hours. Call ahead of time and pick up your order at the hostess’s stand. The Restaurant is closed for lunch hours.

Room Service

The hotel does not offer room service; however, you can order food to go from our Salt and Marrow restaurant menu or our bar food menu during regular restaurant hours. The restaurant will call you when your order is ready for pick up at that restaurant hostess stand.

Meetings, Banquets & Events

The hotel offers over 12,000 sq ft of first-class function space. Our Hampton Terrace Ballroom offers 5,200 sq. ft and can seat 350 for dinners and 500 for a reception. Outdoor space is available in the hotel’s lighted courtyard. The Crowne is ideal for Weddings, Corporate meetings, Family reunions, and charity fundraising events. Outside food or beverages are prohibited and cannot be brought into the hotel for meetings or banquets.

Outdoor Courtyard

The lighted courtyard is located in the rear of the hotel next to the pool and is a great place to get some sun, read a book, or just relax. The hotel provides two cornhole boards for family fun. The Courtyard hours are 9 am -10 pm daily. Dogs are not allowed in the courtyard, and this is a no-smoking/ vaping area, Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to use the courtyard.

Outdoor Fire Pit

For your enjoyment, the hotel offers a gas firepit located on the patio outside of our lobby bar. Smoking and vaping is allowed in this area. Cigars can be purchased from the lobby bar to smoke around the fire pit. The firepit has a light detector on it and only operates after dark. Please ask a hotel staff member to turn the fire pit on for you. The front patio area closes at midnight since hotel guest rooms are directly above this firepit patio area.

Market Place

The hotel offers a 24/7 Marketplace located next to the front desk. You will find a variety of snacks, candies, cookies, chips beverages, and ice cream treats. Beer and wine can be purchased if you are over 21 years of age until 2 pm daily and afternoon on Sunday. Crowne Plaza hotels do not offer microwaves in our guest rooms; however, we have a microwave in the marketplace for your use.

Guest Business Center

Our guest business center is located in the lobby area. We have two desktop computers attached to a printer for your use.

Cribs Rollaway Beds and Wheelchairs

hotel offers a limited number of baby cribs and rollaway beds. Due to fire code rollaway beds are only allowed in King bedded rooms or suites. The hotel has two wheelchairs for your use. Please call the front desk for a rollaway bed, baby crib, or wheelchair.

Self-Serve Washers and Dryers

Our guest laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor, right next to the fitness center. We have two washers and two dryers available for your convenience. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets can be purchased from our hotel marketplace. The cost to use either the washers or dryers is $1.75 per cycle. Please note that quarters are required, and you can obtain them from the front desk.

WI-FI

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-fi throughout the hotel and in all public areas. Connect to the Wi- Fi network labeled IHG ONE REWARDS– enter access code AIKNA.

ATM Machine

For your convenience, you will find an ATM in the hotel lobby area located in the studio next to the front desk and marketplace.
